St. Mary's Park Run is a series of free weekly run/walks open to everyone in the community. Runs are every Wednesday. Check in at the center about 15 minutes before the run starts. St. Mary's Park Run is open to all levels -- you can run, jog, walk, or stroll for 3 laps (or 3 miles) of St. Mary's Park! We leave the finish line open until the last person comes in. All ages are welcome, even the little ones in strollers. Please bring water and a lock to secure your belongings.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

J.K.O. Running is a women's running team. We welcome all women from total beginners (those who power walk, on the way the way to building up to jogging or running), advanced beginners & intermediate runners (gearing up for their first 5K, 10K or 1/2 marathon), to marathoners. We run year round, have weekly group runs, training runs and workshops. Our team participates in NYRR, charity and other race events as well as volunteer.
