The Ocean Breeze Youth Track Club stemmed from a desire to give back to the community. We believe that athletics can be used as an opportunity to empower young children through physical training and mental discipline. Our goal is to create a great tradition of Track and Field/Cross Country Athletics in the Staten Island community. Wave Runners is open to boys and girls ages 7-17 years, and all youth track members will have the benefit of training on our world class, state of the art indoor track.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

Want to make a full day of itΑ A pathway leads from the trail downhill to Historic Richmond Town, where you can walk through a preserved 18th century village.

The trail is also known as the Gretta Moulton Trail in honor of an ardent Greenbelt supporter. Bathrooms nearby.
