Use our indoor elevated track to keep your fitness on pace.  Especially great during inclement weather and when it's to hot to excercise outdoors.

This program will utilize drills such as quick shuffle, side step, carioca, and others to aid participants in increasing their foot speed and coordination. Increasing a players speed and agility can be beneficial in varous sports.

This is instructional to development the fundamentals of track and field. Participants will learn running mechanics, breathing & relaxation techniques posture swing mechanics, Acceleration & Maximal Speed & speed endurance. Long jump & Shot put(Tuesdays 5-6pm). Youth will be prepared to compete in USATF meets.

Running for all levels and ages. We are the oldest running club in the Bronx. Members enjoy a lot of benefits besides running. There are experianced members who are always willing to help or answer any questions.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
