Type: Tennis
The CityParks Corporate Tennis League features eight weeks of co-ed TeamTennis. The Spring, 2009 schedule will run from May 1st through June 26, 2009.
Weekly matches are played in a fun, social atmosphere and all for a good cause: each company's registration donation goes to support CityParks Tennis, a free, citywide instructional program benefiting more than 7,500 children in over forty NYC parks.
The full eight week schedule follows a TeamTennis format: one set each of men's and women's singles & doubles and one set of mixed doubles. Two divisions of play are offered - intermediate and advanced. A minimum of four players (two men and two women) is required for each team, although at least six players are recommended to allow for substitutions. There can be up to ten players on your team roster.
