HCHL aspires to empower members with life-long healthy living habits. The monthly calendar of classes and activities include pilates, yoga, total body conditioning, salsa dancing, one on one healthy lifestyle coaching, healthy cooking demonstrations, holistic health workshops, and healthy community meals. This class is to introduce youth athletes to high level sports conditioning over 12 weeks various implements will be used jump ropes, viper, battling ropes, medicine balls, outdoor track, and barbells and dumbbells. Athletes will be tested in various physical attributes. 30 meter acceleration, 5 - 10 - 5 agility, standing broad jump, 30 second push - ups, 300 meter anarobic capacity.

Sunrise circuit training is an exercise class especially designed for seniors who want to get moving! This class is a safe full body workout that focuses on functional movements a person would have to performs in their day to day activities.
