Sunrise circuit training is an exercise class especially designed for seniors who want to get moving! This class is a safe full body workout that focuses on functional movements a person would have to performs in their day to day activities. Students should expect mobility work, core strengthening and improved balance by practicing exercises that challenge their body without being overly strenuous. Students will work with resistance such as dumbbells, body bars, bands, kettlebells, bands and medicine balls. Body weight exercises and low impact conditioning is also included.

The monthly calendar of classes and activities include pilates, yoga, total body conditioning, salsa dancing, one on one healthy lifestyle coaching, healthy cooking demonstrations, holistic health workshops, and healthy community meals. Our goal at HCHL is to make wellness practices accessible and affordable for ALL in our community and to care for the total person/family. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
