High Intensity Interval Training is a program that is a very intense and difficult class. This class however offers some of the best proven methods of burning calories and creating fat loss. Members will be challenged and their cardio and agility will be put to the test as they are asked to do difficult exercises to the best of their ability for short periods of time. This class is both low and high impact.

The name is both a description and a goal! This is a 30 minute to 1 hour, intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Challenging exercises will target the lower and upper abdominals, obliques, back, and hip flexors. Modifications for beginners will be provided.

Indoor cycling is a great option for a vigorous workout. This class burns calories through a combination of interval training and keeping your muscles engaged. All ability levels are welcome and you can tailor the workout to your needs. Class starts with a warm up and students are lead by an instrucor through a series of hill climbs and sprints at various intensities and resistance. Class ends with a cool down and stretch.

Strength Training/Weightlifting

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
