Ocean Breeze Sports Performance is a high-performance training program designed by athletes for athletes, and those committed to improve their health. The Ocean Breeze Sports Performance program provides athletes with an environment in which they can achieve their goals both on and off the playing field. OBSP emphasizes on the understanding that everyone is different and that everyone has different goals, therefore we provide our athletes individualized programming and coaching so that that each athlete can reach the goals they set out to make.

Olympic weightlifting is a type of weightlifting aimed at lifting maximum weight.  It is mastered by gaining strength through practice and using techniques to effectively lift the barbells.  For ages 14 and over.

This program requires registration and a $50 program fee.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
