Strength Training/Weightlifting

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

Organized play (leagues) requires a permit. Click here for an application and more information about permits.

Adaptive Indoor Rowing: Workout once per week with our adaptive coaches to stay in shape through the winter months, set and reach your rowing goals, and prepare for rowing on the water.
