While focusing on the abs, improve cardiovascular strength and flexibility capabilities through the use of basic, intermediate, and advance calisthenics movements and incorporation of the "Tabata System," a period of active work plus rest, i.e. 2 to 3 minutes of work, with 30 seconds to 1 minute of rest for a designated 6 to 8 rounds .

Let us help you firm those abdominal muscles!  The first segment of this class, Abdominator, is a 30 minute workout designed to attack the abdominal area from all different angles by incorporating core strengthening exercises to build a stronger mid-section.  This class is followed by JumpStart, the most intense jumprope experience you will ever find! For the last 30 minutes of class, we will help you through multiple variations of jumping which will elevate your heart rate while improving overall fitness. You will improve your coordination and balance while strengthening your entire body as you jump rope through challenging, timed intervals.

Strength Training/Weightlifting

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
