Skating/Blading

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.

Organized play (leagues) requires a permit. Click here for an application and more information about permits.

Thomas Jefferson Park Skate Park

Notes: This is an unsupervised skate park. BMX bikes, inline skates, scooters, and skateboards are allowed. Large bikes are not allowed. Electric- or gas-powered bikes, skates, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed.
