The purpose of these classes is to stay active, motivated, socialize and have fun.
Una combinación de baile y ejercicio utilizando diferentes ritmos, como: salsa, merengue, rock, etc. Dirigidos a una población de personas mayores con una duración aproximada de 45 minutos a 1 hora, los ejercicios serán de calentamiento, un poco de resistencia y prevención de caídas, gimnasia cerebral y estiramientos.
