a combination of dance and exercise using different rhythms, such as: Salsa, Merengue, Rock etc. Directed to a population of elderly people with an approximate duration of 45 to 1 hour, the exercises will be of heating, a little resistance, prevention of falls, brain gymnastics and stretching. The purpose of these classes is to stay active, motivated, socialize and have fun. Una combinación de baile y ejercicio utilizando diferentes ritmos, como: salsa, merengue, rock, etc. Dirigidos a una población de personas mayores con una duración aproximada de 45 minutos a 1 hora, los ejercicios serán de calentamiento, un poco de resistencia y prevención de caídas, gimnasia cerebral y estiramientos. El propósito de estas clases es mantenerse activo, motivado, socializar y divertirse.
