Students will begin the practice of Hatha Yoga with many postures to warm up the body, wake up the nervous system and bring flexibility to all muscles and joints. The class consists of a gentle, yet powerful series of balancing, stretching, bending, twisting and mild inverted postures. HouseBox incorporates Muay Thai and American boxing elements into routines that burn calories and tone the entire body. Modifications are provided so all fitness levels and abilities can achieve either a low or high-intensity workout during class.
