Sweat it Out utilizes the Tabata method of training; a form of high-intensity interval training which alternates between short bursts of high intensity anaerobic training and even shorter recovery and less intense recovery periods.  This training protocol involves performing a particular exercise(s) at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. We will be completing 10 different exercises each class using a variety of equipment including kettle bells, dumbbells and body weight.
