We do not require lights (although if you have them you should bring them), and any kind of bike will work. Totally safe. Bike guides front & rear.

A high intensity (HILT) workout in a small group environment.  Each workout will focus on improving overall fitness through aerobic, strength, and flexibility training via the "Tabata System," a period of active work plus rest, i.e., 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for a total of 4 minutes, set around 8 work stations.
