Health-walking and Race-walking Clinics

North Meadow Recreation Center, Mid-park at 97th Street, Central Park, Manhattan

In partnership with the New York Walker's Club, these clinics increase physical fitness and mental health while enjoying the scenic views of Central Park.  Led by coach Lon Wilson, each clinic includes a warm-up, cool down, and stretching.

Hi-Lo Aerobics

A rhythmic aerobic workout in which at least one foot contacts the ground at all times. This provides a challenging cardiovascular workout.
