Intermediate level vinyasa yoga practice with modifications for beginners and more advanced students. A prerequisite for this class is the ability to get up and down from the floor without assistance, and some familiarity with yoga poses. Each class focuses on the breath, building heat, and we work towards flowing to the speed of one breath one movement. You can bring your own mat and a towel, or borrow one of the mats from the center
