The M.M.E. class is a 30-minute long series of warm-ups & Moving Meditation Exercises (commonly called 'Chi Kung' by Chinese practitioners) which combines relaxed, gentle movements with deep, diaphragmatic breathing and visualization of flowing energy throughout the body. The end result produces tremendous health benefits by rejuvenating both mind & body. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
