60 minutes free weight fitness class.  Consists of upper and lower body workouts while standing upright focusing on proper body alignment and breathing.  Session commences with a 10 minutes warm-up then progresses to a 40 minutes of light weights (1-8lbs) concentrating of the Deltoids, Biceps, Trapezius, Pertorals, Latissimus Dorsis, Obliques, Rectus Abdominus and Serratus.  Lower Body: Gluteals, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Abductors, Adductors, Gatrocnemius.  Session ends with a 10 minutes cool down and stretches.
