Join us for one of our free groups runs starting out of each of our three store locations.  These are casual, social, and non-coached 60 minute group runs.  We run at a relaxed, 'conversational' pace and while everyone is welcome, we suggest participants be able to comfortably run 5K / 3 miles.  We meet at the store and for those of you coming from the office you can change clothes and/or leave your belongings at the store during our runs.
