This class uses interval training, which has been proven to be the best form training for cardiovascular health. The music is what is going to keep you moving with African beats to Hip Hop and more. You are going to get an intense workout while having fun. Make sure to stretch, bring water, and come ready!

Social Sports

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
