Release some of the stress from your day to day commute in this 30 minute foot reflexology class. Participants will induce relaxation by using a ball and your bodyweight to massage the soles of the foot.  By using a firm pressure the reflexes are worked and stress is alleviated.

You may use any of Parks' recreational spaces, except tennis courts, without a permit. However, if a permit holder arrives with a valid permit in hand, you must vacate the field or court. An individual must have a season permit or single-play ticket to use Parks' tennis courts.
