Let us help you firm those abdominal muscles!  The first segment of this class, Abdominator, is a 30 minute workout designed to attack the abdominal area from all different angles by incorporating core strengthening exercises to build a stronger mid-section.  This class is followed by JumpStart, the most intense jumprope experience you will ever find! For the last 30 minutes of class, we will help you through multiple variations of jumping which will elevate your heart rate while improving overall fitness. Maximize your glutes! Many people, even athletes, have weak glutes. Part of the issue is the amount of time many of us spend sitting (driving, stationary at work, etc). Sitting for extended periods of time can result in tight, shortened hip flexors and hamstrings, and weak glutes that fail to fire properly.  This class will use a variety of exercises that help firm and tone the specific muscles of the Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Medius.  Exercise examples include one-leg squat, one-leg deadlift, sideways, front, and transverse lunges, side-lying hip abduction, and lateral band walks.

A full body conditioning and endurance building class by doing stations of exercise using a wide variety of current equipment to build muscle, firm up and break a sweat to slim down. There are six exercises stations members spend one minute at each station then get a 15 second break in between each exercise. Once all six exercises are complete and minute break is given for members to rest and recover. Members go through six cycles of the same six exercises in the duration of the class.

 Is a total body workout using an assortment of medicine balls as a key component this helps build muscle burn fat and slim down with this crazy circuit class. This class only has four exercises in it again with only using a medicine ball as the key component to the work out, each exercise is 30 seconds long members have 15 seconds to get to the next station. After completing all four exercises there was a 30 second break at the end as you can see this is a very fast paced class we go to 12 to 14 cycles of this class in the hour that I teach it. This is also a very popular class among adults and seniors.

PiYo is a strength focused class designed to challenge the student on multiple levels. This class is a hybrid athletic work out inspired by the mind/ body practices of yoga and pilates, as well as principals of sports stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement. As a mainstream alternative to traditional practices, PiYo increases strength, flexibility, balance, and more.

Using only the plyometric boxes, this high intensity workout encourages constant dynamic movement. Participants will engage in a series of circuit based exercise for a total body workout. Plyometric Intensity focuses on coordination and strengthening of core stability.

Expectant mothers will learn go stretch, strengthen, focus, and relax. This class will help prepare you physicall and mentally for the experience of childbirth. It is open to women trying to get pregnant as well as post-partum women and their partners.
