This program will teach the essentials of strength training and conditioning. Highlighting areas such as smart goals, stretching, proper warm up’s, spotting, and periodization.  Participants will be able to assemble safe and solid workout programs costumed to their own personal long and short term goals. The program will also promote gym safety and lifetime wellness.

Goal: Learn proper fitness techniques and the importance of daily physical fitness.
