Weekly alternating classes, between Low Impact Aerobics and Zumba Fusion. These instructors are part of the Fitness Instructor Training Program. Low Impact Aerobics is a moderate, heart-pumping workout to help burn calories and improve heart health. Zumba Fusion will include elements of kickboxing, weight training, stretching, and jazz. Zumba is a fusion of Latin, International and popular music dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic, fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps.
