Ninja Balance/Supple Strength (High Intensity Interval Training): You don’t have to be a former Navy Seal to join this High Intensity Interval Training class – just a willingness to work out and a positive, can-do attitude. Multiple modifications of the exercises will be offered that tailor the degree of difficulty to each participant. Benefits include increased strength and improved balance & flexibility. *Bring your own towel–you’ll need it! This high intensity workout addresses muscle strength and endurance while keeping the heart rate up to burn calories and improve cardiovascular health.
