60 minutes of Hi-Lo Cardio Step Aerobics class. Session includes a 10 minute warm-up, 40 minutes step aerobic segment which targets the superior, inferior musculoskeletal parts of the body, while using proper body alignment and breathing techniques. The session ends with either 10 minutes of abdominal and gluteal workout or cool-down and stretches.
