You don’t have to be a former Navy Seal to join this High Intensity Interval Training class – just a willingness to work out and a positive, can-do attitude. St. Mary's Park Run is a series of free weekly run/walks open to everyone in the community. Runs are every Wednesday. Check in at the center about 15 minutes before the run starts. St. Mary's Park Run is open to all levels -- you can run, jog, walk, or stroll for 3 laps (or 3 miles) of St. Mary's Park! We leave the finish line open until the last person comes in. All ages are welcome, even the little ones in strollers. Please bring water and a lock to secure your belongings.
