Session starts with 7 minutes stretching and warm-up using large range of motion movement with arms and legs with use of light weights, to increase heart rate to prep body for low-impact 30 minutes of cardio segment, which entails a combination of choreographed dance moves, while incorporating the musculoskeletal system. The session ends with 8 minutes cool-down and stretches.
