Participants will do various levels of cardio, breathing techniques, flexibility, and strength training, through bi-weekly funky easy-to-do routines using various genres of old school classics where everyone can sing along and bust their own groove to the best of their ability. This is a great foundation to move, grow strong, increase/ build confidence and live healthier.
