Dancehall is a traditional dance from Jamaica. It is a fun dance style that mixes cardio, lower body strength, coordination and flexibility, making it a great overall workout. This class will teach members basics dancehall moves, it will not require any dance skills. Members will lean a little routine and how to move to the music.
