Indoor cycling is a great option for a vigorous workout. This class burns calories through a combination of interval training and keeping your muscles engaged. All ability levels are welcome and you can tailor the workout to your needs. Class starts with a warm up and students are led by an instructor through a series of hill climbs and sprints at various intensities and resistance. Class ends with a cool down and stretch.

Pilates is based on a series of core-strengthening exercises created by Joseph Pilates. These exercises use muscle control, breathing techniques, imagery and postural alignment to strengthen the entire body. The beginning Pilates Mat class is a thoughtful, non-threatening approach to these exercises and other movement. There is an emphasis on range of motion, as well as intensive work on abdominal muscles.
