McDonald Park House is Staten Island's home of Shape Up NYC! Take part in 14 fitness classes per week for free.

Dance and Fitness Infusion fuses the art of dance and exercise.

The workout is composed of different movements of dance and exercising techniques infused to strengthen abdominals, get rid of loss fat on triceps and biceps, and tighten muscles.

Exercises may include: different types crunches, leg raises, planks, and different styles of dance such as reggaeton, pop, and 80's music.

The relaxation technique, somewhat like yoga, makes you feel as though you are floating on water.

You may experience yourself drifting in and out of sleep during the gentle and quiet sessions. You will gain a deeper sense of well-being and relaxation, with a better understanding of your body and how it feels. If you suffer migraines or back or neck pain, the instructor will advice you on the specific technique to alleviate the area of concern.

Mats and materials are provided. Come in loose and comfortable pants and clothing. Most people remove their shoes.

Get ready to have an amazing experience. This is a very popular class.

On this east-west walk you will see a hidden bench that tells time, miniature boats powered by the wind, a magnificent sculpture celebrating fresh water, and much more. The route involves a few stairs.

Tours take place rain or shine, except in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, sustained winds of 30mph or more, snowstorms, and a wind chill below 25 or heat index above 95 degrees).

Groups of seven or more must schedule a custom tour three weeks in advance at tours@centralparknyc.org.
