Don't miss this iconic Rob Reiner romantic comedy. In When Harry Met Sally, Harry (Billy Crystal) and Sally (Meg Ryan) run into each other at different points of their lives, but never quite become friends. That's because Harry claims it's impossible for men and women to just be friends. Fast forward to years later, when they meet again at a NYC bookstore. They finally strike up a friendship, but will feelings complicate things? Rated R. Not suitable for children.

The Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment and NYC Parks announce free outdoor screenings of “Made in NY” television shows at select parks in New York City, offering a sneak peek of the shows before they air on television. This is a unique opportunity to connect New Yorkers to major network shows that are filmed in their communities in a creative setting. NBC’s hit series The Blacklist will be screened on Friday, September 25.

In the third season of the hit NBC drama The Blacklist, FBI Agent Elizabeth "Liz" Keen (Megan Boone, "Law & Order: LA") is now a fugitive and on the run with criminal mastermind Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader, "The Office," "Boston Legal"). With Assistant FBI Director Harold Cooper (Harry Lennix "The Matrix," "Ray") under investigation, a conflicted Agent Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff, "Homeland") leads the FBI Task Force on a massive manhunt for Liz and Red - who are more dangerous together than apart, since Liz has expert knowledge of FBI procedures and no one exceeds Red's vast resources. As they struggle to stay one step ahead of their former colleagues, and Liz immerses herself in Red's underworld of disreputable contacts and covert operations, will the list of this season's new Blacklisters play a key role in their survival or their demise? Liz is on an unpredictable journey of self-discovery, and all the pieces of her life, including her indefinable relationship with Tom (Ryan Eggold, "90210," "Lucky Them"), will be drastically challenged as she continues to believe Red holds all the answers. The season three premiere episode of The Blacklist airs on NBC on Thursday, October 1 at 9 p.m.

Please bring your own picnic blanket or chair; space is available on a first come first served basis. For additional information about the free outdoor screening, please call (718) 730-7970.

Located along the esplanade leading up to the recently opened High Bridge, Oh Sit! 14 Sculptors Consider the Chair is a group exhibition of nine artists’ public artworks. In a frantic world, finding a chair can be almost impossible and settling comfortably into one can be an enormous satisfaction. Sitting in the wrong seat can cause anxiety and an even pain. Exhibiting artists Dan Bergman, Allan Cyprys, Robert Dell, Gregoire Ferland, Esther Grillo, Christina Jorge, Siena Gillann Porta, Herb Rosenberg and Chuck von Schmidt respond imaginatively to the notion of sitting or using a chair. Oh Sit! is framed as an imperative, a command—a way of asking the viewer to look and really consider the concept “chair” both objectively and subjectively.

The act of exploring, recording and recounting is central to the artistic practice of many artists. The fall exhibition, Field Notes, brings together three artists—Matthew Friday, David McQueen and Michelle Stuart—whose projects in Glyndor Gallery and on the grounds will encourage visitors to discover connections of their own. The Sunroom Project Space hosts two site-specific installations, both by this year’s Van Lier Visual Artist Fellows: Julian Chams has created tactile, photo-based assemblages of memories, feelings and experiences, seeking to soften our information-laden world; Beatrice Glow’s installation converts the Sun Porch into a retelling of trans-Pacific histories, using sights and scents that reference the spice trade.

On Nature Exploration Hikes we will discover the plants and animals that inhabit the urban forest. Light hikes are a leisurely stroll on mostly paved paths. For all hiking programs we recommend wearing comfortable shoes or boots, and packing water and a light snack.
