This ecosystem is a protected area and home to many flora and fauna. Please, no groups, dogs, bikes, or strollers. Free and self-guided, no registration needed. Space is limited.

See some of the park's most famous landmarks, including Conservatory Water, Bethesda Terrace, the Lake, and Strawberry Fields, on this east-to-west walk. The route involves a few stairs.

Tours take place rain or shine, except in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, sustained winds of 30 m.p.h. or more, snowstorms, and a wind chill below 25 degrees or heat index above 95 degrees).

Groups of seven or more must schedule a custom tour three weeks in advance at tours@centralparknyc.org.
