DESCRIPTION: Start the day with a yoga class! Liberate and calm your mind, while you strengthen your body with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. "Yoga In The Kitchen" is open to all levels of yoga practioners. Volunteers needed to repaint handball courts, plant flowers in the Alexandra Palmer garden, and conduct a general cleanup of the playground. Recreation is providing the “Playmobile” from 12pm to 2pm, which offers organized sports and activities including basketball, volleyball, relay races and jump roping, as well as arts&crafts and face painting. Projects and events will be coordinated by the West 45th Street Block Association and the West 46th Street Block Association.
