DESCRIPTION: Children of all ages get instruction in the use of watercolor around the gazebo in beautiful Westerleigh Park. NOTE: We will be outdoors, so please remember bug repellent and sunscreen for your child. An adult MUST accompany young children. Beverages will be available. The program will be cancelled if it rains. This program is made possible (in part) by an Encore Grant from the Council on the Arts and Humanities for Staten Island, with public funding from New York State Council on the Arts.
