Allen Street between Delancey and Broome
The mall, a collaboration between an artist and a landscape architect, will consist of new pavements and curbs, fences, benches, plant materials, historic and cultural information. Additionally, there will be a series of Chinese stones arranged by the artist. Parks is seeking funding for the other malls on between Houston and Division Streets on Allen Street plus the Pike Street Malls from Division to South Streets.
