Shout along, laugh out loud, and rock out at our monthly afternoon dance & performance parties featuring  rock-n-roll, silly stunts and comic magic, and hula-hoop dancing with our favorite gyrating hoopsters, GrooveHoops!

2THIS WEEK:

Imagination in Motion’s Paul Rajeckas & Neil Intraub are like a modern day Laurel & Hardy. Their athletic performance turns mime, modern dance, and vaudeville upside down by combining them with dialogue, audience participation and a delightfully original soundtrack.

As creator of the Music for Aardvarks classes that take place all over the five boroughs and across the country, David Weinstone has gotten thousands of tiny toes tapping with his songs for kids growing up urban, and particularly as New Yorkers. So come out to hear the electro-funk of “Big Boom Whacker,” the whimsical blues of “Belly Button Song,” or the rocking-roll of “Taxi” performed live!
