Don your cutest or scariest costume and ride your bike to Inwood Hill Park for the 4th Annual Little Tykes Halloween Bike Race and Costume Parade.
Ozzie from Tread Bike Shop will conduct a kid's bike safety clinic.
Prizes will be awarded for the best costume & fastest racer. Open to children ages four to nine.
