Presented in collaboration with Carnegie Halr

World-renowned composer PHILIP GLASS' collaboration with the genre defying KRONOS QUARTET on an original score to the 1931 camp-horror classic DRACULA resulted in one of the great film soundtracks of all time. Glass and Kronos reunite at Celebrate Brooklyn to perform the score live for the first time since 2001. SLAVIC SOUL PARTY's toothsome combo of Gypsy brass, Balkan anthems, and hip-grinding funk will make you want to bite someone on the neck.

A program of BRIC/Brooklyn Information & Culture, Celebrate Brooklyn is one of New York City's longest-running, free, outdoor performing arts festivals, offering music, dance, film and spoken word at the Prospect Park Bandshell each summer. Our objective and inspiration is to "celebrate" the diverse and vibrant cultural life of Brooklyn through the performing arts.  Keep It Great, Give $3 at the Gate!
