Harbor Day, an inaugural event taking place at six high-profile waterfront sites, will be the finale of the year-long Quad celebration and also mark the launch of the newly-created Harbor District. A wide range of activities celebrating water will take place up and down the Hudson River in New York’s waterfront parks.

In honor of the importance of the oyster industry in the history of New York City, the Hudson River Park Trust is hosting an Oyster Festival prepared by P.D. O’Hurley’s restaurant along the waterfront. Live entertainment will complement the food and beverages.
