Garden Walking Tours in Fort Tryon Park

Every Sunday at 1:00 p.m., a member of our expert horticultural staff will guide visitors through the landmarked, three-acre Heather Garden that is situated high above the Hudson River with panoramic views of the New Jersey Palisades.  Topics will include the history and horticulture of the garden.

On the first Sunday of each month, the tour will include a visit to the Alpine Garden which is undergoing an extensive restoration.

Meet at the entrance to the Heather Garden on Margaret Corbin Circle at the intersection of Fort Washington Avenue and Cabrini Boulevard.
