Take an Urban Park Ranger walking tour of Fort Tryon Park's historic Alpine Garden.
The Alpine Garden, which features a stone grotto and miniature waterfall, had been all but erased by time but, thanks to generous gifts from Cleveland Dodge Foundation and the Peter Jay Sharp Foundation, it is being restored to its former glory. Join the Rangers and discover the lore and natural history of the secret garden nestled into the slopes of the park.
These tours are offered every Thursday at 3 PM through August 28th.
