Add to CalendarEvery Wednesday until August 13th, participate in our free yoga classes. Classes are led by certified Yoga instructors and are suitable for all skill levels. Please arrive early. Bring a towel or yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothing.
Pre-registration is required. Email HealthWriter2@aol.com no later than the Monday before your first class.

Meet on Abby's Lawn. Enter the park at Fort Washington Ave. and continue north along the promenade. At the foot of Linden Terrace, bear right and then left. Proceed under the arch and down the path to Abby's Lawn.
