Add to CalendarParks & Recreation Commissioner Adrian Benepe invites New Yorkers to come out to a neighborhood park for free winter fun. White-capped hills around the city are open for sledding, snowman-making, snow angel contests, and more.
Parks & Recreation will provide sleds and hot chocolate at these selected locations across the city:

Crotona Park
Fulton Avenue and East 172nd Street
Brooklyn
Prospect Park
9th Street and Prospect Park West (near the old Tennis House)
Manhattan
Riverside Park
Riverside Drive at 103rd Street
Queens
Lower Highland Park
Jamaica Avenue & Elton Street
Staten Island
Clove Lakes Park
Martling and Slosson Avenues
