Celebrate Winter's First Snow Day

Parks & Recreation Commissioner Adrian Benepe invites New Yorkers of all ages to come out to a neighborhood park for some winter fun!  

White-capped hills around the city are open for sledding, snowman-making, and more.  Parks & Recreation will provide sleds and hot chocolate at the parks listed below:

Crotona Park
Fulton Avenue and East 172nd Street

Prospect Park
Near the Tennis House at Prospect Park West and 9th Street
