This is an Accessible Recreation Center.
St. Mary’s Recreation Center, located at the edge of beautiful St. Mary’s Park, is one of NYC Parks most exciting centers. Open seven days a week, it is packed with programs and amenities to appeal to everyone. Swimmers love the pool, with special hours for adults, seniors and teens. Fitness buffs will find their home here, with seven different Shape Up NYC classes and a fitness room full of cardio and strength machines. Recreational activities can be found here, too, with dramatic acting, poetry slam and chess programs. Instructional computer classes run the gamut from beginner to experienced at the center’s Computer Resource Center.
