This is an Accessible Recreation Center.
St. James Recreation Center has something for everyone. Senior and teen programs each take place every day, with games and special events. The martial arts enthusiast will find much to enjoy, with mixed martial arts classes and Kumdo, a Korean art incorporating mind and body. Kids can have a blast at St. James as part of Indoor Street Hockey or Biddy Basketball. There are even Break Dance classes open to all ages.

Each evening, teens can partake in a variety of activities, including billiards, basketball, ping pong, cards, computer classes, and table games.
Free tournaments and sports programs, such as basketball, softball, and flag football, are made available for youth and teens during the holidays.

Turn 2 Afterschool Program
The St. James Turn 2 Afterschool Program is available at no cost for children ages 6-12. A structured schedule of activities has been implemented that offer the children the following: homework assistance, arts & crafts projects, performing arts, fitness and life skills workshops, and seasonal special events. In addition, the children are provided with daily healthy snacks.
The Afterschool Program begins in mid-September and continues through to the end of June. Children must be registered for the program. Parents/guardians must complete a registration package and submit a copy of their child's birth certificate and updated medical form.
