    Now through June 2004
    Beat the winter blues with this FREE fitness program for the whole family! There are nine locations in four boroughs and no pre-registration is required.


  • Emigrant Savings Bank's Indoor Soccer League
    February 9- April 28, 2004
    Locations citywide
    This FREE program is open to boys and girls ages 10-13. Call your borough recreation office to find a team near you., or call 311 for more information about Parks recreation programs.

  • MulchFest 2004
    Image of MulchFest logo, links to list of MulchFest 2004 sitesMore than 127,000 trees were recycled this year on January 3 and 10 as part of Mulchfest 2004. New Yorkers were able to bring their holiday trees and wreaths to designated parks citywide for mulching. Even the Gracie Mansion holiday tree "chipped in" to help keep our parks green.
