Stay Cool at the Pool
Now through Labor Day, enjoy outdoor pool season. With 54 outdoor pools throughout the boroughs, there’s always a chance to cool off and get fit. General hours of operation are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Hit the Beach
Our 14 miles of beaches are open for summer fun! Memorial Day through Labor Day, lifeguards are on duty daily, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Just remember: Swimming is prohibited when lifeguards are not on duty and in closed sections. Closed sections are marked with signs and/or red flags.
