RECYouth Summer Youth Board
Each year they descend upon Chelsea from the far reaches of Brooklyn, the Bronx, the Lower East Side, and even Staten Island with one common goal: to fight crime. WAIT! We meant to say: to rate, debate, select and emcee the festival. This elite crew, nominated by RECYouth coordinators, literally makes the festival happen. As official New York City Parks and Recreation Interns, Youth Board members receive metrocards- and this year, sip natural sodas provided by STEAZ, as well as munch burritos donated by Chipotle Grill. It’s hard to judge a film on an empty stomach…
