This center is named after the neighborhood volunteer group responsible for its conception and final construction in June 2000: Astoria Residents Reclaiming Our World (A.R.R.O.W.). The construction created a beautiful center next to a flourishing community garden. A.R.R.O.W. houses innovative cultural and educational programs for children of all ages.
