Athletic Permits & Applications

Organized leagues or special events need a permit to use an athletic field or court. Permit applications are available as online forms or they may be downloaded, printed and mailed to the appropriate office. Athletic field and court users must adhere to the Guidelines for Use of Field and Court Space.

Tennis Permits & Renewals

All individuals are required to obtain a tennis permit in order to use a tennis court. Permit applications are available as online forms or they may be downloaded, printed and mailed to the appropriate office. New tennis permit applications must be downloaded and mailed, and require a photograph to be sent in with the application. You cannot apply for a new tennis permit online. Tennis permit renewal applications may be completed online or by mail. Athletic field and court users must adhere to the Guidelines for Use of Field and Court Space.

Lifeguard Application

The lifeguard program at Parks & Recreation offers many benefits to successful lifeguard candidates. Upon completing the lifeguard course a candidate will have a guaranteed job for the summer. The lifeguard program will also give you the chance to be a part of an organization that is committed to serving the public.
